Syed Noorul Hasan, Founder and CEO of TekXenia Infotech Pvt. Ltd., brings over 23 years of expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, technology strategy, and go-to-market planning. With a proven track record of championing emerging and disruptive technologies, he has helped numerous Fortune 1000 clients in the United States enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance.
His expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Big Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation, Product Engineering Services, and Social Media Collaboration.
Before founding TekXenia, Noorul successfully launched TeleKoNet Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a telecom software product company that he scaled and later sold. He also led the Industrial and Communications vertical as Director of Sales at Harman Connected Services, and worked closely with industry leaders such as Gartner, Forrester Research, and IDC in Analyst Relations. These roles have given him deep insights into technology trends that drive business agility and long-term success.
Noorul holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology and an MBA in Marketing & Systems from Bangalore University.
Mubassira Yasmeen brings 15 years of experience in driving service delivery and talent acquisition across global markets—including the United States, Europe, MEA, KSA, APAC, and South America—and across diverse sectors such as Software Products, IT Services, and BPM/BPO.
She has a proven track record of developing robust delivery frameworks and efficient recruitment systems, while establishing resource management processes that consistently meet the evolving talent needs of global clients.
Prior to joining TekXenia, Yasmeen successfully launched and scaled business operations in India, achieving targeted client sign-ups, strategic talent acquisition, and capability building through well-structured systems and processes. At Manpower Group, she played a pivotal role in establishing an Offshore Development Center (ODC) to support high-profile clients in the United States—including 3M and Microsoft—as well as key clients across Europe and Asia.
Recognized for her strategic vision and people-first approach, Yasmeen excels in building high-performing teams and fostering lasting client relationships. Her leadership continues to drive TekXenia’s growth and reputation as a trusted global partner.
