Cost-effective and Highly Flexible Staffing Models

Direct Placements: Using a standard Time & Materials contact, resources are sourced and placed to meet specific short or long term needs. Resources can be co-located at customer locations or work from remote TekXenia locations. 


Fixed Fee: Typically contracted under a Statement of Work, resources are provided to customers for a fixed price and time period to complete an agreed upon scope of work.


Contract: We provide reliable temporary staffing solutions that offer you the ability to build your staff strength without absorbing them full time, assist overloaded employees during critical times, and keep projects moving.  


Contract to Hire: After the contractual period the customers have the right to hire the resources as full-time employees after a designated contractual time period.

 Offshore: Our offshore resources are an extension of a customer’s onshore project team.
Offshore team will work as an extension of customer’s existing onshore project team at lower cost Talented and skilled resources who can work flexible hours Single point of contact from TekXenia to customer at onshore location.

TekXenia provides all the tools and infrastructure to provide support from offshore. Easy Ramp Up and Ramp Down of Resources 


Managed Capacity: Maintaining teams to support peak demand is expensive. Managed Capacity allows customers to have ready access to the right portfolio of skills in a budget and risk friendly arrangement. 

Customer buys resource capacity (hours/month/year) or number of resources with skill set type. 

Customer provides direction and controls outcome.  

TekXenia is  responsible for transition, training and knowledge transfer for all resources whether on-boarded or off-boarded.
